We work with children of 06 – 14
years, adolescents aged 15 – 18 years,
Youth aged 19 – 25 years and Women.

Education

This helps the children to develop well with the school education. Children’s confidence is enhanced by providing guidance on various subjects like crafts, physical education, sports, as well as sanitation, water management, stress management, beautiful villages, good habits. The institute also works to provide enjoyment with education, including essay contests, singing competitions, prizes for children.


Library Reading

Regular reading is equally important for children’s educational development and their ability to enjoy reading. To understand the importance of reading and develop it for children, the library has 165 books.


Educational trip

In rural areas, school children are always attracted to urban areas. For this, school children are encouraged to make such visits in order to experience life in urban areas and to get information on some historical sites. And there is a real visit. Not only do they enjoy it, but because they can see the places they read from the history books, it helps them to get an education.


Summer/ Winter Camp

The Vatsalya Foundation provides guidance for children on various topics by organizing winter and summer camps at Diwali holidays and May holidays at the TVF centre, Zhadghar. These eight-day camps provide practical guidance for children on environmental information, social information music, life skills, sports and campus studies. This camp consists of children above 300.


School events

Children are encouraged to help them grow in capacity by celebrating festivals and social events, such as celebrating children’s general knowledge and studying social situations. Through different programs, they are trying to make the identity of the community a social worker, the identity of the nation and the identity of the country.


Annual Sports festival

Cycle Distribution

In order to increase the education of girls in rural areas and girls who have to travel more than five kilometres, free cycle is provided by the organisation. This saves them time. And that time can be given to them in school studies.


Computer Education

Computer training has been given to the rural area for the children to get computer knowledge and learn through digital media. Due to the lack of modern literature and technical materials in schools in rural areas, literature is being supplied through the TVF.

Women Skill Development

Lack of education of among women, they cannot go to work other than work at home. Poor and illiterate women are seen in this society. It is necessary to empower them. Therefore, the organization is working to provide them self-employment opportunities by providing them education and training and enhancing their education efficiency.


Self Help Group

Self-Help Group refers to self-governed, peer controlled, informal group of people with same socio-economic background and having a desire to collectively perform common purposes. Here poor people voluntarily come together to save whatever amount they can save conveniently out of their earnings, to mutually agree, to contribute to a common fund and to lend to the members for meeting their productive and emergent needs.

SHGs have been able to mobilize small savings either on monthly basis from the members who never did any saving.

SHG is a group formed by the organization which has specific number of members like 10, to 20. In SHG women come together to help the poor women in the times of emergency, natural disaster, social reasons, economic support to each other, and to have conversation, social interaction and economic interaction.

The SHG is a formal association to enhance the member’s financial security as primary focus and other common interest of members such as area of development, awareness, motivation, leadership, training and associating in other social inter-mediation programmes for the benefit of the entire community.


Kitchen garden

Parasbagh is a useful vegetable garden based on the open house and the drainage water. Also, the yield of vegetable grown on rain water on the open ground of the house. To guide the family on how to cook the maximum amount of vegetable in their daily meals, at least in the space while they are gardening. And passing on such seeds to the family. The plant can be planted in vegetable curls, milk, pumpkin, okra, algae, as well as flowers. This parasbagh can be done on rain water and also on summer sewage. It is guided by the organization to help the family get fresh vegetables; save their money and help pregnant women get a timely and supplemental healthy diet and reduce the risk of malnutrition.

Community development

Community development as a process where community members come together to take collective action and generate solutions to common problems.  It is a broad term given to the practices of civic leaders, activists, involved citizens and professionals to improve various aspects of communities, typically aiming to build stronger and more resilient local communities.

Community development seeks to empower individuals and groups of people with the skills they need to effect change within their communities. These skills are often created through the formation of large social groups working for a common agenda. Community developers must understand both how to work with individuals and how to affect communities’ positions within the context of larger social institutions. These methods and approaches have been acknowledged as significant for local social, economic, cultural, environmental and political development.


Community Development Center

A community center would be constructed the community to organize community activities, celebrate common functions and festivals, meetings of mahila mandal and youth, SHG trainings and other community meetings. The land would be donated for the purpose by one of the villagers with a resolution of the Gram Panchayat. It would also facilitate development of rules and regulation for the usage of the community center by the community.

Vocational Training

Project will train empower the young girls and women’s towards various skill training .To encourage tribal women’s have to participate in the various training programme and life skills like as Tailoring , basic and Advance , Beautician Basic and Advance rural livelihood like as Bag making, Quilt making , Papad, Pickle, Honey, To encourage Tribal women’s for their growth and developments. To builds the tribal women’s self-confidence and motivate them towards their developments. Support the tribal women Self Help Groups by giving them Sewing machine, floor mils, and help them pull out from their situation.
